I am a certified professional who believes living a healthy and happy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. I will work with you to create a training program tailored to your fitness level, personal tastes and schedule, helping you become the best version of yourself. Throughout your entire fitness journey, I will help you learn how to perform exercises safely and properly which will increase the movement's efficacy, all the while making sure my motivational approach has you enjoying your workouts to the fullest.
Along side my passion for fitness and health, becoming a licensed Naturopath has broadened my horizons with regards to the importance of proper health habits and lifestyle choices. This has allowed me to incorporate nutritional guides in my fitness plans and improve the quality of life of my clients.
