I will work with you to create a training program tailored to your fitness level, personal tastes and schedule, helping you become the best version of yourself. Throughout your entire fitness journey, I will help you learn how to perform exercises safely and properly which will increase the movement's efficacy, all the while making sure my motivational approach has you enjoying your workouts to the fullest.

Along side my passion for fitness and health, becoming a licensed Naturopath has broadened my horizons with regards to the importance of proper health habits and lifestyle choices. This has allowed me to incorporate nutritional guides in my fitness plans and improve the quality of life of my clients.

Being overweight is something I have struggled with my entire life. I have tried every diet imaginable. This pill and that pill. You name it, i tried it. Around when I was about 17 yrs old I was diagnosed with PCOS ( Polcystic Ovary Syndrome) which is a hormonal disorder and among other things obesity is associated with PCOS. I did not use this as an excuse, I still continued to try to lose weight however it definitely played a role in the struggle. Over the years some diets would work in that I would lose a few lbs but quickly fall back into old patterns. After seeing how successful my sister law (Helen) was/is working with Mark and her regularly encouraging me to reach out to him I finally decided I was ready to make a change. I was tired of feeling weighed down and uncomfortable. I started training with Mark on November 27th, 2019 and it was the best decision I made. My starting weight was 205 lbs. I have lost 55 lbs. I was wearing between 14 -16 now im wearing a size 8 and it's loose! In March when things shutdown due to Covid-19, I was able to continue at home because of everything Mark had already taught me during that short time. Now, I am back and learning for 1st time how to maintain the weight loss, something no one has ever helped me with before. Mark is not like other Trainers, he is nothing but positive and encouraging and for the 1st time in my life I dont feel like this was just another diet, this is a lifestyle and i feel amazing! I started training with Mark in a bid to lose some weight and also generally tone up. What I achieved with Mark’s help was far more than this! Using kettlebells and various HIIT exercises, my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own.
